To improve the living and working environment of Martin Countys people by enforcing codes enacted to promote safe and healthy conditions.

Objectives

• To increase the effectiveness of Code Enforcement by further educating the people of Martin County in the benefits of the County Codes and the needs for these rules and regulations.
• To continue to provide fair and impartial treatment to the people of Martin County in the enforcement of the Martin County Codes of Laws and Ordinances and keeping compliance as our main objective.
• To reduce the number of cases brought before the Code Enforcement Magistrate.
• To achieve a better and more efficient Code Enforcement Magistrate hearing with less paperwork.
