MARTIN COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP) NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The Martin County Intergovernmental & Community Relations Division has completed the NSP Application outlining proposed uses of Martin County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program allocation. Total anticipated allocation is $3,537,463 and it is expected that more than 21 housing units will be served. The Application includes the use of Strategy #2: Housing Finance; and Strategy #5: Housing Acquisition and Rehabilitation for Persons with Very Low Incomes. The Application recieved approval by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners and the Florida Department of Community Affairs (DCA). The contract was approved and acquisition has begun. All proposed activities will benefit low, moderate, and middle income persons as defined in Title III of Division B of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act, 2008. The application period has not yet begun.
