Welcome to Development Review

Martin County's purpose and intent is to manage growth and development in a fiscally efficient manner, which maintains quality of life standards acceptable for its citizens.  Development applications are reviewed for compliance with the Martin County Comprehensive Growth Management Plan, the Martin County Land Development Regulations and the Martin County Code of Ordinances.  In addition, applicable permits in compliance with other federal and state agencies are required.  Read more about Development Review.
